Apex Resolution 2027 season plan for Northstar Lawn and Landscape
Prepared for Brady Noernberg · Northstar Lawn and Landscape

Your customers already know you. Let's make sure the next ones can find you.

Brady, you built about 30 customers on word of mouth. This is my picture of what gets you ready for next season, so a homeowner in Johnson County can find you, trust you, and ask for a quote in under two minutes. It covers the same scope as my October 30 proposal, laid out so you can see it.

From Carlos Boyd · November 2, 2026 · Anything marked Sample is an example, not your data. Nothing gets built without your yes.

What I heard

Your words first. From our October 25 call. Then what each one means for the build.

The goal
the biggest thing is really just being set up for next year

Everything live and tested before spring 2027. No rush on your side or mine.

Reviews
Google business profile set up so I can do reviews

Your profile filled out, plus a review link. That's the first thing customers see when they search you.

Your card
a little print off of the QR code

We build the card you described. You hand it to customers. First target is 10 reviews.

Your name
my DBA is Northstar Lawn and Landscape

The site and email carry the lawn name. The legal name still shows where it has to, so the texting registration matches.

Your customers
I would probably just leave those customers I currently have separate

They stay on your current process. We don't text them or import your list. New online leads go through GHL.

Your photos
I got a ton of photos, but I haven't uploaded anything

One shared folder you drop them into. It feeds your website and your Google profile.

Where you stand today

Scored from the outside in. Checked October 29. Your new GHL account and the domains checked again November 2.

SolidYour customers

About 30 customers, by word of mouth. That's the reputation everything else gets to show.

SolidNew GHL account

Landscaping only and clean. No forms or workflows yet, so we build it right the first time.

Needs workGoogle profile

It exists, with zero reviews, and it isn't connected to your new account yet.

Needs workTexting approval

Your business is approved. The texting program isn't. It needs a live lawn site first.

MissingWebsite

We found no public site for the lawn business and no quote form for a homeowner to fill out.

MissingBusiness email

You're on a personal account. A lawn-name address looks the part and keeps business separate.

    This week

Three things you can do now. Free, whether we build or not.

    The build

Three stages. Each one useful the day it's done.

    1. Stage 1 · Your name and your email
      • Domain in your own Cloudflare account, with lock and auto-renew on.
      • Google Workspace on that domain: one mailbox, with aliases for you, your brothers, and admin.
      • The records that keep your mail out of spam.

Done when you send and receive from your new address, and it passes the spam checks.

From you: pick the domain, and buy it and Workspace on your card. I walk you through it on a short call.

    2. Stage 2 · Get found and get reviews
      • Your Google profile filled out and connected to your new GHL account.
      • A review link and the printed QR card.
      • A Bing listing that matches, so you can show up in Microsoft and AI search too.
      • The shared photo folder.

Done when the QR card opens your real review page and both listings match.

From you: Google access, the verification code Google sends, and your photos.

    3. Stage 3 · The quote form and your pipeline
      • A website with your services, the cities you serve, and a quote form, written for local search and AI assistants.
      • The form feeds your new GHL account with a quote pipeline, a contact record, and an instant alert to you.
      • Then we submit your texting registration, with a consent checkbox on every form. Timing is up to the carriers, so I won't promise a date.

Done when a test request from the live site lands in GHL and you get the alert.

From you: one 30-minute call to approve the website before it goes live.

Not in this build: yard signs, voice AI or call booking, tracking numbers per city, snow marketing, ad spend, and posting to social for you. We can scope any of these later. I don't promise rankings, a number of leads, or a review count. I build it and test that every piece works.

    What stays yours

You own every account. If you ever leave me, nothing moves.

Your accountsCloudflare, Google, and GHL are in your name, with your sign-in. You can remove my access any time.
Your vendorsYou pay each one directly. Cloudflare shows you the exact domain price before you buy.
Your customersYour current list stays on your current process.
Your timingEach stage waits for your go. We're aiming at spring 2027, with no rush.
    One more thing

You could send your clients one of these. This page is the sample.

Think about a commercial Christmas lights bid or a big landscaping job. Most people send a price on a PDF. You could send a page with your name on it: what the customer asked for in their own words, the plan for their property, the before and after, and your voice walking them through it.

It's the same format you're reading now, with your brand instead of mine. The voice can be yours if you want it, and only with your OK, and the page would say it's AI, the same way mine does.

This isn't part of the build above. If you like the idea, tell me what you'd send first and we'll scope it as its own project.

    Our trade

I build your foundation. Your tree work goes against it.

My sideThe Business in a Box build: all three stages, tested. A small monthly care plan starts only once everything is live and working.
Your sideThe tree work at my house, credited against the build. I'll send you the exact numbers right after your tree quote, so we settle it all at once.
    Next step

Two picks from you. Then we book 30 minutes.

    Your domain

    • northstarlawnkc.com is my pick. It's short and easy to say on the phone.
    • northstarlawnandlandscapekc.com has your full name.
    • northstarlawnks.com also works.

All three still showed open on November 2. The one you first wanted belongs to a company in Minnesota.

    Your old GHL account

    • Leave it as is.
    • Move the lawn pieces (leads, Google profile, forms) to the new account.
    • Keep it just for Northstar Operations.

Any move is a separate step you approve first.

Just reply to my text or email with "yes" and your two picks, and we'll set the kickoff.
