Brady, you built about 30 customers on word of mouth. This is my picture of what gets you ready for next season, so a homeowner in Johnson County can find you, trust you, and ask for a quote in under two minutes. It covers the same scope as my October 30 proposal, laid out so you can see it.

the biggest thing is really just being set up for next year
Everything live and tested before spring 2027. No rush on your side or mine.
Google business profile set up so I can do reviews
Your profile filled out, plus a review link. That's the first thing customers see when they search you.
a little print off of the QR code
We build the card you described. You hand it to customers. First target is 10 reviews.
my DBA is Northstar Lawn and Landscape
The site and email carry the lawn name. The legal name still shows where it has to, so the texting registration matches.
I would probably just leave those customers I currently have separate
They stay on your current process. We don't text them or import your list. New online leads go through GHL.
I got a ton of photos, but I haven't uploaded anything
One shared folder you drop them into. It feeds your website and your Google profile.
About 30 customers, by word of mouth. That's the reputation everything else gets to show.
Landscaping only and clean. No forms or workflows yet, so we build it right the first time.
It exists, with zero reviews, and it isn't connected to your new account yet.
Your business is approved. The texting program isn't. It needs a live lawn site first.
We found no public site for the lawn business and no quote form for a homeowner to fill out.
You're on a personal account. A lawn-name address looks the part and keeps business separate.
Click any step. The homeowner and times are made up to show the path. Sample
Done when you send and receive from your new address, and it passes the spam checks.
From you: pick the domain, and buy it and Workspace on your card. I walk you through it on a short call.
Done when the QR card opens your real review page and both listings match.
From you: Google access, the verification code Google sends, and your photos.
Done when a test request from the live site lands in GHL and you get the alert.
From you: one 30-minute call to approve the website before it goes live.
Not in this build: yard signs, voice AI or call booking, tracking numbers per city, snow marketing, ad spend, and posting to social for you. We can scope any of these later. I don't promise rankings, a number of leads, or a review count. I build it and test that every piece works.
Think about a commercial Christmas lights bid or a big landscaping job. Most people send a price on a PDF. You could send a page with your name on it: what the customer asked for in their own words, the plan for their property, the before and after, and your voice walking them through it.
It's the same format you're reading now, with your brand instead of mine. The voice can be yours if you want it, and only with your OK, and the page would say it's AI, the same way mine does.
This isn't part of the build above. If you like the idea, tell me what you'd send first and we'll scope it as its own project.
All three still showed open on November 2. The one you first wanted belongs to a company in Minnesota.
Any move is a separate step you approve first.
Just reply to my text or email with "yes" and your two picks, and we'll set the kickoff.
